He still shares a room with his housemates. Although it is still pleasant with his housemates and he has nothing bad to say about them (he doesn't say this, because they might read it), he still longs for the thought of living on his own for once. But will that actually work out with an overheated housing market?

Oscar wonders how things have come to this. And whether it isn't all the fault of the politicians. During this witty evening, Oscar brings this up with the audience. One thing Oscar knows for sure: he believes in it! It is time for a place of his own. It is time to start!

About Oscar: You may recognize Oscar Smit from the Camaretten Festival, where he won the jury prize in 2024. The jury called him ‘an engaged creator who surprises with extremely clever jokes’. Oscar is a permanent member of the Comedyhuis in Utrecht and co-wrote the VPRO television program Plakshot.
