The theme of this performance is “perception.” How we, as human beings, are overwhelmed by everything happening in the world and how that slowly paralyzes us. Everything seems black or white, left or right, for or against. We become trapped in our own tunnel vision.

In Tunnelvisie, Jay takes you on a journey through his view of the world today with sharp observations, plenty of humor, and moments of reflection. We laugh at the absurdity of everyday life but also pause to reflect on ourselves.

Jay is touring throughout the Netherlands and Belgium with his 7th cabaret show. Are you looking for an evening full of humor, inspiration, and positivity? Then Tunnelvisie is an absolute must-see. Be surprised, be inspired, and enjoy an evening that will stay with you.

Biography
Jay Francis (also known as Tisjeboy Jay) is a Dutch stand-up comedian who has managed to establish himself in a short time as one of the most successful cabaret performers of his generation. In 2022, he managed to sell out the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam solo, only to do so again in 2023 and 2025 at Rotterdam Ahoy.

In addition to his cabaret performances, Jay made his debut as an actor in the summer of 2024 in a Videoland Original series by Hans Teeuwen. In late 2024, his documentary ‘De Schaduw van de Lach’ premiered in Dutch and Belgian cinemas and attracted more than 30,000 visitors. This achievement earned him the Crystal Film Award, and the documentary was released on Prime Video on September 1, 2025. In 2025-2026, Jay will perform his 6th cabaret show in the Netherlands and Belgium, titled 'Evolutie', where he will welcome more than 100,000 visitors.
