Step into the world of two giants of Dutch-language song: Boudewijn de Groot and Lennaert Nijgh. In 'Verdronken Vlinder', singers, musicians, and narrators present a loving and poignant ode to the timeless music and their compelling lyrics.

The eight musicians of the Vrienden van Vroeger Band are led by former BZN composer and keyboardist Dick Plat and Canyon singer Jaap Veerman. From the socially critical Welterusten, Meneer de President and Avond en het dromerige Testament, this concert will appeal to a large generation of enthusiasts. Songs that once touched the heart of an era prove to be surprisingly relevant even today.
