Marjolijn van Kooten returns with her signature mix of dark humor, sensitive songs, and shameless self-mockery.

We know Marjolijn from her previous, sold-out shows about panic, worrying, and pills. Her honest, deadpan cabaret full of self-mockery is a genre in itself and draws full houses throughout the Netherlands. In this show, she wonders why we only appreciate life when someone has died. Or is sick. Couldn't that happen a little sooner? Do people have to die before we feel alive? Dark humor, sensitive songs, and shameless stories; that is Van Kooten through and through. It certainly won't be her fault if she doesn't.
